Every Friday's supper, I would like to prepare something simple but special for my hubby. To thank him for a long week work. Today, I am going to play with the recipe, I changed the traditional Italian tomato spaghetti into Rosemary Spaghetti!
1. 1/3 pack of spaghetti (cook ahead of time according to the instruction on the package)
2. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
3. 5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
4. 2 onions
6. soy sauce
8. some mushroom seasoning
9. Nutritional yeast (a substitute for Parmesan cheese)
10. 1/2 cup of water

|sauté chopped garlic, onion & rosemary with olive oil and seasoning|
Then, add in the cooked spaghetti with water, cook with low heat until the seasoning soak into the spaghetti.
The flavor of rosemary and garlic just open our appetite for this supper, what more could we ask for?
