Vegan Cashew Cream

a. 2 cup of whole raw cashews (rinsed well under cold water)
b. 1+1/3 cup of fresh cold water
c. 1/4 red bell pepper
d. 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
e. 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
f.  1 teaspoon salt (Salt amount can adjust according to recipes or personal taste buds)
g. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Place the ingredients in a blender, blend on low-speed then increase to high until it become very smooth and creamy.  
It is a good dip for cucumber slices, celery and carrot sticks, it makes the raw food become more fun.
